We hope that every friend, family and staff member of the Missouri River Ranch ushered in a wonderful 2024! The MRR team looked back fondly on the 2023 season, and we couldn't be happier to welcome you all back to fly fish the Missouri in just three months!
While winter has fallen over the ranch, we've been hard at work (and doing some fly fishing along the way) crafting new experiences to share with each of you.
Fly Fishing Update:
Craig experienced a hard freeze of nearly -28°F during the past week. While things are slowly thawing out, not many anglers are braving the icy 'Mo at the moment! Flows are sitting just above the 4,400 CFS mark and the water temps are sitting around 32°F.
Practice your snow dance, because Montana needs it! Current Snow Water Equivalents (SWE) are sitting between 49%-64% of their median values. What does that mean? We need more snow for water levels later this season!
