Chip and Sue Anderson are both 3rd generation Montanans. After school, they decided to see the world working in high profile corporate jobs: Chip in the telecom industry and Sue in banking. But as we all know Montana has a way of pulling you back home.
Chip’s mother Flora lives in Kalispell and Sue’s parents, Bill and Virginia Tonkovich are in Great Falls. It’s good to be home and so close to family.
In order to protect the natural resources of the 160 acre Ranch, the property is under a Conservation Easement. This Easement runs with the property in perpetuity so future generations will enjoy the same scenic beauty of the Missouri Valley as we enjoy today.
Sue's brother, Jerry Tonkovich, is certified in Wetland Science and Management. He is integral in helping to maintain our gently sloping shoreline and jetties which help protect and support our native fish population.
